If something does not live up to your expectations, (I’m confident this won’t happen) please Whatsapp photos or video to 07951 723311 or email me along with your order Number and Name within 2 days of receiving so I can assess.

We all change our minds from time to time but being a small independent business, it would be unsustainable for me to offer refunds on personalised goods because a change of mind has happened. I do hope you understand.

I always try to ensure that the images of my goods are realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.
